Slightly underwhelmed, could be because of the bank holiday but staff struggling to keep up with Deliveroo/in house party and customers. 15/20 min wait.
Food was ok, but not how I remembered it tasking in the US.

Great food when you eat in the restaurant but... If you order they can not get the order right... Shocking. Second order and no luck... I even left message in the order asking to double check... Its too much for people working there... Will eat in only from now on or order somewhere else... Sad as we love this food. 😔

I like Taco Bell, but the quality of deliveries is shocking. Always something spilled, very small portions and sometimes missing items. The delivery charges are high, so the least I'd expect is food of decent quality and not tiny, underfilled portions.

Usually great service, but unfortunately had a long wait for our order last time I visited. Food is a lot smaller than it appears on the menu, but still tastes good. Great for when you're hungry for cheap Mexican food, but not much else!

Ordered for delivery twice. The first time they forgot to include the sauces. We tried again today and ordered a chicken quesadilla, the amount of chicken was just a joke and far from what it usually is. If you don’t have enough chicken left, just take it off from your menu, I didn’t pay for a wrap with cheese.

Nice food. The staff have always been friendly. The waiting time can vary a lot, and maybe the branch is a bit small as it can be very popular. However overall I definitely recommend this place. It has been a good addition to Sutton High Street.

We were very excited to get there and try their food however their staff very not willing to serve, they were rude and despite the fact that the resultant was empty, they said any order u place will take 30-45 minutes which doesn’t make any sense being a “fast food”, while looking at the menu, the waiting time kept changing for every new customer who walked in. The general cleanliness of the restaurant was rather poor. I really hope the owners decide to change their staff before they end up calling it a day and closing their branch. We ended up leaving in disappointment and would never go back to this branch.

Friendly staff. Clean venue and kitchen. Very filling and worth it Craving Value Boxes, loved the Volcano Burrito one. Definitely recommend if you have an opportunity to try it out. All items are customisable in terms of the protein filling (You have the option between Beef, Chicken and Beans).
