One of the employees (a middle aged woman) was very rude and had a careless attitude. Just spoiled the evening. This place was nearby, but would rather drive further than buying from here. Such a negative experience.

Today evening when I went to this location the employees working there were very rude. Usually when I say veggie subway they understand what I want, but today they employee asked asked whether I wanted veggie delight or Pattie. I didn't know the difference and when I asked she was very rude and in the end ,in a rude way, asked if i understand now.
The subway and other employees here are nice just this one was responding very rudely.

Staff makes no effort to clean the tables. All the tables were dirty I tried to find one which was clean to no avail. I went and ate in my car instead. This establishment should take greater care in itself.

Worst experience ever . The lady was working there was rude . Had no sense how to deal with their customer. We were so politie but she don’t know how to treat customers.

Great staff. I liked that they were really careful with my gluten free buns to ensure no contamination.
This location has the drink fountain that lets you customize the flavors.
The location was super clean. The bathroom was well maintained.

Extremely rude behavior from one of the staff member. We ordered online and when we reached to pick-up the order they have not even started making the sandwich. When asked the reason the lady said just cancel the order and you can come tomorrow morning to talk to Manager and take refund. It was extremely shocking. Although the other lady (Paramveer) really handled the situation pretty well, apologized and requested to wait and prepared the sandwiches real quick.
