Red Rooster

Ordered with Uber eats not knowing what to expect. I have not had red rooster since I was a little kid I’m 21 now! i cannot believe everyone is sleeping on you guys it was amazing! The chicken was amazing cooked to perfection the best quality I have ever had! Better than any chicken I’ve had in my life thanks so much will be ordering again! (:

I am a loyal customer of Red Rooster and this is the first time in 20 years that I have encountered such a rubbish shop. Your company is so disappointing to me! HOT fried chicken is also leftover. After frying again, the skin is hard and bitter fries are raw I couldn't turn around in the car and didn't have time to come back. I threw it all away

A disgrace franchisee to Red Rooster. This business is on the verge of collapsing. Haven’t been to Red Rooster for 10 years, I thought I gave another try on the new menu, the Crispy Spicy Fried Chicken. Bought only 6 pieces, but the staff gave 3 out of 6 are the small tiny pieces of chicken. This is a business which is trying to survive by cutting cost, including the size of the chicken. The restaurant place is run down, unattended and uncleaned. Staff were unprofessional and sometimes confused when I walked in to the counter. He looked shocked and walked back to the kitchen and called other staff to come out and take my order instead. No apologies.

Staff are hopeless kids who couldnt give a damn about customer service. Food quality is exceptionally bad as well. Long wait times. Waited 20 mins in the parking lot while my order was being prepared. There were no other customers. Got served really cold and stale chips. Took it back in and the feeble minded cashier that served me seemed dumbfounded and confused by my problem. He took my food in the back and i waited another 5-10 minutes while i watched a bunch of the other idiot teenager staff step on each others shoes because somehow thats entertaining. Got my chips and they tasted like they had been microwaved or refried. Never again. This red rooster absolutely sucks.

I ordered nuggets on Ubereats, they came old, hard and very dark colour. It wasn’t edible, I had to throw it away. A few times I came in to order the girl that served me was very rude, she rushed me and giving me an annoyed face. Very bad customer service. one time I came in and the manager was very rude when asking what drink I wanted in my meal. Do better for your customers, will not come back because of how rude the staff were.
