Seems like this place has staffing issues, I’ve never seen more than one person working at a time. If you are in a hurry skip here because they don’t have enough people, you can get in and out of the Chipotle next door in the time it will take their one person to get to you and make your sandwich, But it’s typically reasonably clean.

I never write reviews, but I was so shocked by my treatment at this location that I had to share my experience. I ordered two sandwiches, toasted. The worker was moving very slowly, and toasted the meatballs but not the bread for either sandwich. I reminded him that I wanted the sandwiches toasted, and the manager on duty chimed in to chastise me saying it’s his first week and I changed my bread and I was confusing him. I didn’t change anything about my order, just needed to remind him I had asked for them to be toasted. The manager got aggravated with me as if I were in the wrong, when she wasn’t even the person making my sandwiches or listening to my order so I don’t know how she can try to say what I did or didn’t order in the first place. 40 minutes waiting around for 2 sandwiches and an argument later...I don’t recommend this location at all.

17 min with only 2 people before me. The sandwich maker Patricia had no care for people’s time it was like she didn’t even want to serve you. Get another job if you Hate this one. I should have looked at the reviews. I also should have known better since the last time I went and THE HAD NO BREAD AVAILABLE. A SANDWICH PLACE WITH NO BREAD. This location is a joke . Will never go back.

Walked in yesterday afternoon to get a sandwich. The employee making the sandwiches wasn't wearing her mask correctly. The other employee was talking on his phone with no mask on at all. No way was I going to buy a sandwich for my 76 year old Mom from them. If they can't follow simple Covid safety precautions what else is getting neglected.

One of the worst subways in Austin. I'd almost prefer to get assaulted by the homeless at the 290 location. This location is always out of ingredients, always short staffed, and the employees always act like I asked them to file my taxes when I ask for a sandwich. Probably franchised, but definitely needs a makeover from corporate.

Went to get some sandwiches for me and my kids, we walked through the door and the lady says "we dont have any bread" so we walked right back out. They need to get there inventory right. They should have plenty of bread on hand, that's what makes subway subway. When we walked back out the guy behind the counter made a noise not sure what he meant by it but anywho we ended up going across the street to schlotzskys they had bread there lol
