Very nice staffs! Came here on an early afternoon Wednesday. Boba drinks are amazing as well. The nice young lady with two blonde streaks recommend me a drink and now it’s my fave! I forgot her name but very kind young lady.

Got my favorite drink from Sharetea, coffee milk tea. Less coffee taste compared to 7 Leaves' but I still love it. Next time I will try 50% sweetness. The Sunnyvale Branch has a new look... I haven't been to this one for couple months, so a new look for me.

Good selection of teas and you can customize by getting fresh milk. The flavor is always consistent when I come here. Recommend 50% sweetness as some drinks can be overly sweet. Be patient while they craft your drinks!

Never had a problem before until now, probably new staff they didn’t check the seal and one of the drinks spilled out. Tried to call them multiple times but it went to voicemail which was really frustrating.
I stopped visiting the San Mateo location for a while because they make the drinks wrong again and again and also changed the ice cream distributor.
edit: was able to call in yesterday morning and get the issue fixed. Thank you Camille!

I've been to this location a few times now, and the quality has been pretty consistent. My favorite drink is the wintermelon tea with boba, 50% sweetness. Recommend!

The tea is tasty, but they are not environment friendly. They do not take your own bubble tea cups if you do not want to use plastic cups 😔

Great tea as brand can offer at this location as well. This place is always crowded at weekend, sometimes line gets out of the door even though they fill order very quick. Stuff are very friendly. Very limited seating here.

Ginger tea with 100% sweetness and no ice was just amazing. It has mild Ginger flavor, so not very strong flavor of ginger, which and made it good to drink without getting bored.
