Horrible service! Barista had no clue how to make a White Mocha with Vanilla Sweet Cream and Cold Foam with extra Caramel drizzle. She literally poured 2% milk to the top, poured some cold foam and NO drizzle. I was being nice and ordered something else and gave my “white mocha drink” to one of the less fortunate people loitering outside of Safeway a free drink just so I don’t have to throw it away. We pay money for custom made drinks, please just do a better job in making them the way it should be made….

This Starbucks is quick and efficient. Everything I order from this Starbucks is consistent and has never been a disappointment. The lady who always seems to be making my drink remembers my likes and dislikes which I personally appreciate. Everything tastes a little better when the employees show that they care. I do go out of my way for this location. 🍵

It is located inside the Safeway so is convenient to get to and there is ample parking space as a result but also the reason that your coffee can be a hit or miss depending on who is making it. The food options are standard (though fewer) and the only comparison I have is to similar outlets inside Target stores which are undoubtedly better.

Can’t tell weather the employees for Starbucks work for Starbucks or for Safeway. Starbucks employee always behind the customer service counter for Safeway and not at the Starbucks counter. Will see customers at the Starbucks counter and will ignore them. Then when they do decide to help the customers they will lie and say they are out of what your trying to order. Or they will change the price of something you ordered just the day before saying there is NO button for what it is you are ordering so they over charge. Very bad for business.

It had been a long while since I last visited this Starbucks, and while they've updated the layout, the staff there were not at all well functioning nor were they very polite. I knew I would need a coffee this morning because of seeing a movie premier last night, so I preemptively added my gift card to my phone, and in the morning before work I put my order in as I was leaving the house. I stopped to get gas before picking up my coffee, giving them around fifteen, maybe twenty minutes to have my order ready - "plenty of time to run in, grab my drink, and get a pastry if the line isn't too bad," I thought. As it turned out, once I went in my drink wasn't there, and not only that, they didn't see my order had come in. So, they had to find it, by which they needed my first name but neglected to tell me (I said my last name and they searched an extra two minutes), and then make it. At this point I'm irritated.
But that's not all! I decided that, since they had made me late for work already, I might as well wait behind the two people in line to get a pastry for myself. All I asked for was a cinnamon swirl coffee cake, heated. One of the slices, they got that part right, but in the end. After serving the next customer after me and immediately getting her pastry for her (I should have skipped getting it heated but it tasted better), the cashier went off and made someone else's order, another associate picked up the task of making my order, and somehow decided what I had asked for was a breakfast sandwich (which I did NOT want). So, I had to wait for the staff to make my order again, now I'm upset enough at the teenagers running this establishment that I comment aloud "I want you to know I'm incredibly disappointed" to the associate who was behind the counter and had witnessed everything. Her response was, verbatim, "we're really busy right now."
No, b****, you aren't doing your jobs right. If you actually stopped acting and looking like panicked, newly hired teenagers, you would slow down, just a bit, to ensure that you actually do the job correctly: ensuring that every order is received properly and thus made on time, writing things down neatly so your coworkers can read them, communicating clearly to customers, I could go on. My drink was correct and was awesome, as was my pastry, but this Starbucks is not worth going to for awhile until it matures again, like it was when I visited it last.

They didn't put any espresso in my venti iced americano, then I took it back and they added only one shot (which melted all the ice) when there is supposed to be 3 shots
