Very horrible place! Please I beg you do not go to this place, employees are very rude and will give you the bad small and not fresh chicken, they are young people that work there and very immature that will not care about your food. A bunch of high schoolers getting hired more frequently now and they will fool around with your food because they have nothing better to do, it’s the worse generation ever now a days. I will for sure never go to the Sunnyside one ever and the manager is the most pathetic ever as well. Shame on them!.

Placed an online order for pickup, when picking up I was missing stuff from my order, and the chicken was gross. Seemed like we got served old chicken rather than fresh chicken.

I only rating this place a 1 star because I couldn’t leave it on zero. They said my order would be done in 15 minutes and here I am waiting… it’s been 45 minutes and it’s still not ready.

Horrible customer experience.. I have a small toddler who needed her diaper changed and employee wouldnt even open the restroom up so she could be changed in a warm environment... its 28 degrees outside and snow...

Long lines during lunch. BUT! The one employee was super helpful! If it weren't for the wait, I would've given this restaurant 5 ☆s easily!
