Subway

Came into this store 2/5/21 at 2:51 pm and found this on the display case. The sign says “subway is closed, sorry for the inconvenience” with nothing else listed. All the food is out on display line and the store is listed as OPEN online. So I don’t understand why the store would be closed. You should avoid this store, the staff who work here are lazy, unsanitary and they just don’t want to work. There were flies buzzing around the food on top of this sign being there.

Came in on 3/6 a few minutes before 6 pm (although I didn’t know the exact time at that time). The woman behind the subway counter was fixing a sandwich for a customer so I took the opportunity go to the restroom and wash my hands as I just finished fuelling. When I came out she had stuck a sign on the case that said “sorry we are closed”. When I asked her about the “closed” sign she explained that they close at six and it was quarter after. I said you were just serving a customer, I came in literally three minutes ago. She was standing at the counter with a full case of food and not one thing had even started to be put away yet because she had just finished serving a customer. “Sorry” she said. Apparently she could not fix one more sandwich. When I got back to my truck I looked at my phone and saw that it was just then three after six. So when she was telling me it was quarter after, it was not. So now they’re lying to customers so they don’t have to serve them. Not to mention the website says open til midnight. With employees like that you should just go ahead and shut it down and give the space to another restaurant that WANTS the business. Well done subway, well done!

If I could give this zero stars, I definitely would they're never open l I went there one day and was lucky enough to catch him when they're open. They said they closed at 1 o'clock. And the afternoon?he open for less than 5 hours or less than 6 hours. I highly suggest you don't even open at all until you get a full staff because there are truck drivers that need to eat at night time to

Good food when they are open. They used to be 24 hours, now they seem to close whenever they want. Another negative is since they are attached to Pilot truck stop, they don't accept wireless app coupons or ordering. SMH They do that because they know truckers don't have much choice where to eat, so they chose to rip off truckers

For starters your staff are OVERPAID. I came in 11/13/21 and the amount of time it took the two ladies to fix two sandwiches was around 20 minutes. Not only that, a fly kept flying around the food and they did nothing. Their attitudes stink and they were not very friendly. Melissa was who made my food. Very disappointed
