Panera Bread

Panera overall has gone downhill. The menu items are more limited than they used to be and the amount of meat on sandwiches is much less. Today's chicken salads sandwich was all lettuce and hardly any chicken salad. My mom ordered the apple salad and it was dried apple chips instead of fresh sliced apples, not what it used to be. I was taking my mom out for an early mother's day lunch and it was kinda disappointing. The food still tasted good but certainly not what it used to be. ☹

More expensive now, yet their portions are getting smaller and smaller! Drive thru was a little on the slow side but understandably it happens. Food itself was missing items on the sandwich. Understanding there is a shortage of employees and products for this establishment. This means patrons need to patient with their feelings and hunger.

Waited 30 minutes for food, most disorganized Panera we have reviewed between the east coast and Ohio. Ran out of soup we ordered to be replaced by French Onion soup full of sugar and no cheese. Crew was trying hard but un organized. Not enough product supplies ordered causing huge problems. Be careful when ordering here. You will pay, wait a long time as they give preference to the drive through then run out of what you ordered.

I have great experience with panera bread and I love to eat from them. But this location is terrible.We arrived around 5.30 pm to this restaurant and dine in was closed. Then we decided to order from mobile app and eat at the parking lot. Initially we placed two orders and wait at the curbside pickup parking lot. We received only one order they said they didn’t receive the other order. Also my coffee was missing for the 1st order. After sometime they brought my second order and my coffee. Once we got the orders we noticed there were missing spoons for the soups. Also I got a wrong bagel. I’m totally disappointed and never go to this location again.
