Cousin's Subs

every single time i ask for no lettuce, and 9/10 times there is lettuce on the sandwich. its so hard to be understanding when every time you order they clarify “no lettuce?” and you say “no lettuce” just to receive a sandwich full of lettuce. i dont understand what else i have to do to get a sandwich made without lettuce. there was an occasion where “no lettuce” was clarified twice, and i still got lettuce. the manager told me its because when you take lettuce off it doesnt say “no lettuce” on the ticket, the word lettuce is just removed. so i understand that makes no sense and it could be easier to read for the people preparing the food, but why is it so hard to notice that there is no vegetables on the sandwich, i just want meat and cheese. i was really upset when i wrote this, it just makes me upset because ive been here maybe 15 times, and atleast 10-12 times its been messed up

A strong oder of mold when you enter the place. Definitely run down and not kept up well. They had people working on the parking lot when I came, so maybe they're remodeling...🤷‍♂️ The workers seemed uninterested, but the GM or it looked like she was the manager on duty, was hanging around, talking to friends, then when she was done gossiping, returned to work, without washing her hands. But the food was decent. I only spent about 20 mins in there, so maybe it was an off day...

I liked my Italian sub. I added black olives and pickles to it. And I got plenty of Vitamin C, 100 percent, from Hi-C Fruit Punch. One of the African American guys did a great job mopping the lobby floor and changing the garbage bags. One of them helped me find the Women's restroom. There is a decent selection of bottled beverages. I feel like the store manager needs to know some things. There's mold in the ceiling. The lid to the Coca Cola isn't closed all the way. The lighting to the signs need to be fixed.

This was my first time at Cousin’s subs. I went there for lunch because I had a coupon that I got in the mail. I got a 15” veggie sub and added their “hot pepper relish” and chose to do carry out. When I got home I found that they forgot to add the hot pepper relish. This was the one thing that I was really looking forward to, so I was pretty disappointed. The place was 15 minutes away from my house so I really didn’t feel like driving back again. The sandwich was pretty bland. I added salt and pepper to it once I got home. The service was decent, but if I ever go back I will be getting a different sub and making sure they don’t forget the hot pepper relish!
