Pizza Hut

Delivery order was 30 minutes late. Somehow it took 37 minutes to drive 2 miles in Sun Prairie. I called the restaurant and they said it was because they were really busy (on a random Monday afternoon at 2 PM? Come on. We're not talking about Super Bowl Sunday here.) The person I spoke to was completely dismissive of my concern that the pizza wouldn't be hot after driving around for 37 minutes. He just brushed me off and said "Oh it will still be hot!" The pizza was NOT HOT.

👎👎BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE👎👎 Possibly the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I've EVER had!!!!! Ordered a pizza at midnight on Friday. They said it wld take about 45 min. At 12:55am I called to see if the pizza was on its way, reached a call center that I think was in India(No doubt it was overseas) n they(had 2 call 2x) cldnt tell me what was going on and transfered me to the actual location, it was now 12:57 N they close at 1am so of course nobody answered. Waited til 1:30, the pizza never came so we went to bed hungry. I just got off the phone with the manager and he said the pizza went out last night N I said well it didn't come here. I asked if I could get a refund and my order for free and he said no. I told him that was bad customer service, y'all took my order, took my debit card info, charged my card but never delivered it the pizza. He said thats not bad customer service cuz he's offering me either a refund or he will bring the pizza in 30 min . I asked for corporate number and he wouldn't give it to me, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE once again!!!! We quit eating pizza hut years ago, so decided to give them another chance...needless to say this was the LAST n FINAL time pizza hut will ever get our business!!

If I could give this review zero stars I would, the food was alright, it took awhile but the person answering our calls, Gio, was giving us a hard time and it took us several calls for us to give up and order online rather than calling, it ruined my night and I would never go to this Pizza Hut again if I will be treated like this again. As long as I’m in sun prairie I will be going to dominoes instead.

I ordered online. I wanted to redeem by points and get my medium, 2-topping pizza. I did something wrong in my order evidently and had 2 orders. So, I called the restaurant to cancel the one order but the individual to whom I spoke on the phone told me it was taken care of. When I arrived at the pick-up window the employee handed me 3 boxes and grunted an inhospitable, "here" and shut the window. I ended up with 2 medium pizzas and bread sticks and a charge on my debit card for $22+.

Order pizzas and other things from Pizza Hut on Christmas Eve day at 4:00. Paid them. We asked to have delivered at 6:00. Pizza didn’t come so we called at 7. At that time they said they were closed but I told them what happened and he looked for our order. Said he would find our order, which he did. It was on their counter as a pick up which was wrong. He told me that they would make a new order and deliver right away. Wasn’t here at 7:45 so I called again. This time a very rude employee pick up the phone said they were closed and hung up on me. Called back two other times and the same rude person answered. I tried to explain but she would slam the phone done. We have people waiting for this. Terrible terrible service and lying. We will be getting our money back!!!!

Our operation employs 50 people. We are a church of 800 with a school of 150 students and a preschool/daycare of another 100. I ordered the pizza at noon speaking with the manager to make sure it arrived at 5:45. Timing was critical because of an event that evening. When the pizza never came I called to find out that YOUR PEOPLE HAD NOT EVEN MADE THE PIZZA AT ALL!! Not to mention, you tried putting me off and not telling me what was up.
