Five Guys

I will never ever ask anyone to go to this Five Guys ever my burger both which I paid $30.00 for two burger and medium fries which my burgers was burnt and so was my fries. Pls if you think about going to this Five guys pls don't ur going to be disappointed., never have I had this problem in V.A. Five Guys. Pls stay away. Not worth ur money. I was told this same thing but I wanted to see for myself. Not surprised. Just out thirty dollars.

The offerings are rarely short of excellent, and the staff is friendly and fast. Portions are more than enough to fill a person (or in our case, a couple), but the prices! A regular two patty cheeseburger without added cost items is $9.99, and a regular side of fries is $5.39. After taxes our one burger and fries meal totaled out well north of $16. Five Guys will have to be an occasional treat, rather than a frequent choice.

Ordered thru the app but after I got home found the order was not as I had ordered it, or what was clearly printed on the receipt outside the bag: *Was not lettuce wrapped as ordered, *Did not receive bacon or cheese for the bacon cheeseburger (which cost me extra), *Did not receive any mayo or mustard as ordered. Because Five Guys burgers are a good bit more expensive than most fast food burger restaurants, I also expect that the quality and service would reflect that higher price. On this visit, I certainly did not get what I paid for. Far less. My mistake was in not opening the containers and checking while still in the store, but I went on faith (lesson learned) because, to this location's credit, they had always gotten my order right. I was told when I called and spoke to an associate (was not offered the opportunity to speak with a manager) that the only thing I could do was drive back to the store (15 minutes away) and have them remake my order. For obvious reasons, I chose not to do this. I post this not to discourage others from patronizing this store, but in hopes that someone in management would take it seriously, and better train the associates to, in the future, take more care in filling orders and giving exactly what customers pay for. More than likely my conversation with the associate will end there, and not be passed on to management, so I write this to that end. Robbie

Always the best place to get a real cheeseburger! Please make sure that whoever is cooking the fries has your order correct. You may ask for Cajun fries, pay for Cajun fries; however, if the individual on fries gives you regular fries, please expect to receive your Cajun seasoning on the side as this is their standard operating procedure. The gentleman who works at night on the grill will always meet and exceed your expectations with a high quality hamburger or cheeseburger.
