I popped in here for lunch. This place is in a small, outdoor mall, so the entrance isn't on the sidewalk/street. The grilled chicken salad I got was surprisingly delicious! I'm from out of town, but if I'm in the area again, I'd want to come back and try some of their other stuff, though if gladly eat the grilled chicken salad again, too.

Ate a salmon wrap that was extremely well put together. Good balance of flavors, wasn't dry, had a generous portion of salmon. Decor wasn't fancy and everything had a college snack bar feel to it. Great place to stop by for a tasty sandwich.

This place is phenomenal. They know exactly how to spice up bland health foods and make them into a delicious meal. It’s also very rarely busy, due to its location. It is in a hidden spot in Summit, making it less known to others. The food is also a bit on the pricier side, but it is much worth it times over because of the food quality. I highly recommend this place.

Chef Teri Tyson has clearly mastered mixing complex flavorings, always the right balance of citrus in a salad, or a wonderful kick like the Southwest Chicken salad with amazing lime cilantro dressing.
Right now I'm eating the Parmesan-Crusted salad, and loving the balance of flavors.
Love the soups. They have kept me going in this miserable, cold Spring weather.

Perfect until Wednesday's/Thursday's when their produce becomes aged and gross. Never order a salad on Thursday's/Friday's as it will be missing half of what you requested and taste awful. Mon-Wed is a better time to go.
