Dunkin'

This place needs to be shut down. The management and customer service is basically non existent. The workers are not focused on there job/ task at hand. Instead they only care about there phones and show obvious attitude towards any customer that walks in the door. I can't even begin to stress how much they don't care about messing up people's orders, If I can give a negative 10 would.

Very racist, Very bad customer service, on 6-13 2019 the lady working the drive through was very rude for no reason , also she said that Dunkin dont have coffee mixing straws. Only McDonald's does she said . What a JOKE......as you can see they do have mixing straws she was just being the worst racist ever

I don't really care for giving reviews most of the time, but this was honestly the shittiest coffee and service I've experienced. I ordered 3 coffees and payed for all three only to have the lady tell me i can only order two in the drive thru and if i want the third one i would have to get out and go back into the drive thru. It took them forever to come with the coffee and there was no customers inside so its not like they were super busy. I asked for cream, sugar and whipped cream in all of them and it seems like they barely put any cream and no sugar and no whipped cream. The coffee itself tasted like ass. They are fake news.
