Kfc

This is the second time this week our order has been messed up. We ordered the 12 piece family meal which runs about $37. We didn’t cheoiur food until time for dinner. We had wings and breasts only. This was the nastiest chicken we have ever had. There was nothing to feed our little one who only eats legs. Called the office and the manager did not care. We are not driving back at night to return food they messed. We also did not have a receipt but I plan to dispute the charge. This is garbage. Don’t go there. It’s always something wrong or the chicken isn’t done.

I went to order chicken at this KFC, The workers were on the phone,.they got my order wrong, the manager acted like he didn't care, this has to be the worst KFC i,ve been to. The customer service is terrible, the front worker gave me a cup for drinks after she counted my change and put her hands in the cup!!! Do not go here!! They had They had window cleaner, near the setup table. Worst place in Suffolk!! Beside the McDonald's on Main st!!

They do not know how to count. Unless 8 piece family meal is code for 6 pieces of chiken. The price has gone up with no more fillup meal. This is not the first time, I usually will only go with my wife so she can quickly make a piece count but I was on my way home and kept my hands on the wheel. Got home and didn't have enough to feed my family. Please teach basic counting skills as a requirement for employment.
