Not that I matter but bring a coat if you’re going to stay, because it’s always freezing there. I’m a very hot person (not to toot my own horn) so if I’m always cold, the common folk of suffern must shiver in frigidity. The staff though is friendly and always wish me hello and goodbye 💕

I am at Starbucks every morning for years. And that alone means the place is good. They have their slow days that is kind of annoying when you are in a hurry.

Very clean store. The drinks were ready relatively quickly considering the amount of customers present.

Mobile ordered a venti Iced toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso. Got something that looked like a latte. I went back in to ask it to be remade since it wasn't anything like what I order, a man who I imagine was the shift manager/supervisor was very kind and asked the barista to remake it. Only to get the same milky product back. I was extremely disappointed but decided not to make a scene and left. It really felt like she just put the same milk in the shaker shook it and served it back. I threw it out as soon as I stepped outside. What a waste of $7. Never going back. I'd rather stay loyal to the Starbucks in Acme Mahwah.

Starbucks is the best. I love their coffee. I especially love their app that you could order from and when you go to pick it up, you don't wait on any lines and it's usually waiting for you. Furthermore the service at this location is excellent. The Caramel Macchiato is their best coffee in my opinion. They have been taking extra precautions for COVID-19 as well.

Why is this location always freezing?!?!?
I come in to have a coffee to warm.up. Instead I find myself snuggling deeper into my jacket. Looking around, all the other patrons are sitting with their sweaters and jackets as well.
Otherwise service is great and the renovations are wonderful.

Renovated store, much better look, staff is really courteous. Emily was very patient on offering me drink options for my doctor-prescribed keto diet. She is the best.

Very friendly staff. Love the morning crew; even when you haven't been there in some time, they still remember your name!
Fast, efficient crew members. Plenty of items to get for breakfast, lunch, or snack; maybe even dinner depending on what you like.
