Some of the staff is rude and they always mess up my order.

Terible service. Messed up all our orders while we were waiting as well a person on the drive thru order was messed up. Was being teribbly disgusting rude asking a customer about girls behind the counter. And the service was absolutely disgusting. The employees shall be fired. Terible experience.

This Dunkin' is great. The coffee is always fresh and hot. The staff is always very nice and extremely helpful. The donuts are great, the breakfast is also great. I especially love the mobile order feature that they offer through their app, because you can place the order on-the-go and by the time you get there, your order is usually waiting for you.

They recently got a hold of some friendly staff. And I’m so pleased!! They are quick, friendly, and apologize if anything does go wrong.

The main worker behind the counter is very nice and does a great job. Sometimes the Dunkin doesn't have what you need. I wish they stayed open 24hrs like the gas station attached to it. They sometimes have inconsistent hours, but otherwise the coffee is good.
