Our experience wasn’t even worth one star. We made a reservation for 7 o’clock, waited for a table for about 15 min. By the time we got sat it took 40 min to get our wine. An hour for our side soup and salads. It was 9:00 and still didn’t eat. My husband confronted the owner and he said “I’ll bring the food right out”. What?! So our food was sitting under the heat lamp for how long?! We never do this but we just paid for our wine and left. We got confronted by a different waitress once we got into the parking lot saying “your food just got to the table”. No. It’s been OVER TWO HOURS TO GET FOOD. SAVE IT. First and last time.

We made a reservation for 4 people. When we arrived they told us they had nothing available but we could sit outside in the 30 degree cold. We were told the wait would be 40 minutes. When we asked to speak to the manager a man came up to us and told us he was the manager. We asked him why he overbooked and he said I didn’t do any overbooking and was just a server. Very confusing since he just claimed he was the manager. Very disrespectful staff. Multiple other groups came in beside us saying they had a reservation and were told to wait 45 minutes. Will not be visiting again.

This restaurant has the WORST service I’ve ever seen. Had reservations for 7 PM. Walked in and they said “sorry we have no availability “ so why did we make reservations? Offered to seat us outside in 35’ weather. 40 minutes for a table with a reservation??? And not just us. Others had the same issue. When I asked for the manager and confronted him he claimed to be a server. Really???? Never again with that RUDE staff. I would give it a zero if I could.

Unorganized front of house, mediocre service and unremarkable food for way to much money. One and done. EDIT... I'm not sure how the owner response applies, we were a family of 4, we actually got in & out pretty quick, I have no issue with time, good food is worth the wait. My issue is the front couldn't find anyone's reservations and, after laying eyes on their rez pad I know why, it was a scribbled mess. They sat us at a table that I was able to rub shoulders with the neighboring tables diners. The shrimp I had were grossly overcooked. We didn't have salad that took 2 hours. Someone else must-have complained about those issues. I know staffing is an issue and would never think extra time was a problem. What is a problem is a waitress talking too much to the point she ignores smaller parties over larger ones or that she trying to be so professional she looses sight of the actual tasks at hand. It's ok owner dude, you do you and assume negative reviews are fabricated falsely. Good luck in the future.
