Well thanks for serving me coffee grounds. I ordered iced coffee, not coffee with coffee grounds all at the bottom. I’m disappointed, this is terrible. I spent too much money for “iced coffee” with coffee grounds at the bottom. I’d give this Dunkin’ 0 stars if I could.

Don't know how they do it, but literally the worst Dunkin on earth. My order is never right, and they really don't care either. Employees sleep in the dining room (I have a photo incase anyone wants to reach out), employees were once having a loud fight by the drive thru. They usually just shove your order at you and don't say anything on top of not giving you straws or napkins. Plus it's the slowest! Lines of cars all the way on the street.
Maybe they need better pay? Dunkin, do something to make these people care.

We have been to hundreds of dunkin locations around the country and this is pretty much the worst one we've EVER been to.

Asked for the New Drink (Salted Carmel Latte Iced) they said yupe we have it, only they didnt. They make the drink how ever they want and it's not only this Dunkin's it's all the Dunkin's. Always messing up the orders and making it how ever they please at our expense.

Love the Iced coffee flavor's always great. Doughnuts always hit the spot. Fresh and great turn over business.

Thank you for being open on the holiday. I try to not shop on holidays but I had a huge migraine and needed the caffeine badly. So I came to the best Dunkin around. The staff was amazingly friendly. Actually seemed happy to be there. And didn't make me feel like a jerk for coming in on a holiday. I did a mobile order and the wait was less than 5 minutes. There were at least 10 cars ahead of me. Thank goodness I was able to get my life juice. I appreciate you all working on the holiday.

Staff is slow.. rather play around than do their jobs....can't get a simple order right...i more often than not drive to boardman or north lima locations....

Their machine was down for frappes and such. Which is what my girls wanted..but
We enjoyed what we did get.
