So disappointed that I received old food this morning. Luke warm (and that’s generous to say) chicken biscuits with very soggy hash browns. The chicken biscuit was so small it felt like a joke. Threw everything away except the donuts… quick trip has better donuts. I won’t be back.

Their donuts were stale and old. Like really dry. Given it was 2 am. And I’m impressed that they are even open this late. But I mean..don’t lesson the quality and attitude for hours .. but that’s just me.

OMG I absolutely love Dunkin’ .. I love coffee and ice cream and until I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes, I used to love donuts. I would eat them by the half dozen while I studied for exams with a hot cup of coffee. I am rating the place above all others simply because they had a wide variety of cups and while picking through them, I just happened to find the LAST Dunkin’ tumbler! It was only $14.99 😱🤯 so I got it!

How u gonna sale dry ice-cream. This place was discusting. 1st up the manager himself don't know how to make a strawberry Sunday no whip cream on top no cherry. This nencompoop said he putting cherry n vanilla with sprinkle. I was like WHAT! HE PUT 2 SOGGY TINY SCOOPS OF ICE-CREAM, WHICH WAS ACTUALLY 1 N SAID THAT WILL B 6.00 N SOME ODD CENTS. FOR WHAT. SO 1ST N LAST TIME BACK THEIR IDIOTS. THEY HAVE OTHER PLACES THAN THIS ONE.WE WERE BETTER OFF GOING TO A SUPPER MARKET.

Sweet couple on staff the night I went. I walked over not realizing they were only serving through the drivethru. They took my order anyway, very courteously, and prepared it in less than 4 min. I was standing outside so I paid attention to the time.

Be careful. I paid to add an extra espresso shot in my latte but I saw them add regular coffee instead. I said something but I had somewhere to be.
The second time this happened, I said something before they could do it and it was corrected.
They seem nice but I can't visit this place anymore.

My cappuccino tastes like hands sanitizer every time i get it, and they would get my order wrong then tell me that i should "Try" my incorrect order instead of correcting my order. Also, i saw one of the workers stir my coffee with his FINGERS. The next time i went the same guy got mad at me for ordering "a lot" of food when i just ordered about 8 items. RUDE AND UNSANITARY, DON'T GO!!!

If you don’t work hard for your money and want consistent disappointment, this is the Dunkin for you! Every time I’ve been here, every drink I’ve ever gotten has tasted different each time. The milkshakes used to be great, well worth the $8, now it’s like they put a teaspoon of ice cream and the rest of the cup is filled with milk! This Dunkin/Baskin is one of the worst in Gwinnett County. The other Baskin robins charge $1.50 less for their drinks too
