This is unacceptable. To give someone avocados like this, thinking they won't know because it's in a sandwich.
I tried eating my meal after taking it out and still couldn't eat it from just the thought. I hope they do better.

Not my favorite Panera, but a nice location with it being at the mall. Some nice workers but the whole layout seems a bit strange, the service is somewhat mixed with the younger staff being a little too eager to rush the order and the pick up of the food.

I used to love Panera until they started messing up my order every single time. I don't like avocado and I can't eat cheese but they always put it in my sandwiches no matter what. It clearly says in my receipt that I don’t want avocado and cheese

Great place to meet for get-togethers or meetings with colleagues. It's a good spot for either lunch or a quick bite to eat.The salads, sandwiches, and should are delicious. They have a great variety of fountain drinks - sodas and flavored teas, as well as tasty breads and baked goods too.

First time at Panera bread. I had a taste for broccoli & cheddar soup. They have combo meals with half salads & sandwiches which was great. It is the evening and around this time many of their popular pastries & sweets are gone from the morning/noon crowd.
Great place to come and get work done. I love the dimmed lights. Emily is very helpful & knowledgeable of menu items & provides great menu selections. Great customer service as well.

First time trying this place and the only thing I have that's good to say about it was the salad was decent. Fruit cup was dumped inside bag, cucumber and tomato cup was dumped as well, bread on sandwich and soup bowl was rock hard, sandwich was overpowered by lettuce with no sauce and the cup of soup was less than half full... Will not eat here again very poor experience ecspecially for the money that was spent

Love their vegetarian options here. They're delicious. Was treated for lunch through a delivery app and the food came warm. The food is so flavorful. My veggie sandwich was very fresh and crisp (not soggy) and my soup was delicious. It came with mayonnaise band mustard packets to add to my sandwich. Would recommend Panera to a friend or family member. The food quality is excellent.
