Chuck E. Cheese

Coolest crew ever. They were short-handed like everyone else and made no excuses for poor service and apologize consistently. My son's 16th birthday party was a blast. Manager was very nice party hostess was great and if you have a party here you better tip because they are really doing everything they can at all times and I respect that.

They made a mistake with my pizza but fixed it in a timely manner, a few of the toys weren't functioning and there wasn't a sign on them saying it didn't work but we paid for an hour of playtime, which was very convenient, we were also able to pause the time while the kids ate and weren't actually playing. I do wish they had more functioning games but the kids had a blast and the place was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Not good for littler kids, half the games or little rides were broken. Wasted a lot of money. The first 4 things we tried did not work, including the little kids train and 2 of the skeeball lanes. We did ask for help and got a couple credits reimbursed but after that I stopped asking when games didn’t work. It would take our credit but then not work. Staff did not seem sympathetic or even apologetic. Pizza tasted good at least but the portions of apps was very small. Only 4 wings in the chicken wings and a small portion of fries and garlic bread.

We went there on Tuesday and there was only 2 persons in all the place. I spend arround $34 x 2 hr. (Only for one kid...) we have 7 kids!!!! we want to ate there. And we finished to going another place, because we asked 3 times if we can order a pizza for our kids. And they said no, because they dont have cashier, then because the cashier was in lunch. We need to wait 30 min. Our kids was asking for sodas and pizzas. 🙄 was horrible. Our first and last day to visit this place. Reccomendation, found another one. Either have games. There a few. We only saw more tables and chairs. .

I liked it it was a good place to have some good old fun plus my little sister loved it there was one staff in particular I would like to shoutout her name was mimi idk if I said it right but she went above and beyond for my little sister and she has a great attitude towards her customers great hospitality other than that I would like there to be more machines available there's a lot of broken machines but I mean you guys have been open for a minute.

My family has a blast at Chuck E. Cheese. From oldest to youngest. We always go head up against one another at the basketball hoops. Enjoy the salad bar and pizza. Kids get to dance with Chuck himself! Like the way they stamp families upon entering to make sure we leave together and little ones are safe. I'd say they are doing a great job. 3*9*20 visited for sons 5th birthday. Disappointed with salad bar always my favorite but 4 of the containers empty leaving very little veggie choices. Please fill if your going to still charge full price for salad..now $9. Happy to see a staff member wiping down machines. 7/1/21 Bought the Summer Fun pass. Comes with all kinds of goodies for every week of Summer. Big thanks to the Manager for being so helpful.
