Starbucks

The location is right off the freeway and very convenient. Right next to lumberjacks restaurant. This coffee shop is very clean with friendly staff which is what we are used to from the most popular coffee chain in the world. They have a drive-through and a great selection of drinks and food. Warning: bathrooms require a code from the cashier. There’s also a sign on the front door asking the customers wear masks. Plenty of outdoor seating if you enjoy the rumbling sound of the car is driving on the freeway.

Bought a coffee this morning for my coworker and myself and this is what my iced Carmel macchiato looks like. Obviously it’s curdled! Tried calling the store to inform a manager that they need to check the milk and also to rotate their milk and was unable to get through to a person. Phone rings and rings and then I get a busy signal and it hangs up. Since I wasn’t able to get through I’m hoping this review does. Not angry but someone at this location needs to know and hopefully corporate is reading this

Twice my order was anything but. Cup was only filled 3/4 of the way and tasted nasty. Tried to call to complain since it's about 40 minutes to closing and all I got was ring ring ring before it eventually went to a busy signal. How rude and so not customer friendly. Not happy. Over 5.00 for a nasty cup of coffee. Shame on Starbucks!

Mobile order drinks were a quarter empty when we picked them up (two venti peppermint white mochas) and when we went inside and asked if it was okay if we could have them filled the barista simply put a ton of whip cream. I get that they’re busy and that’s why we apologized before asking and were super nice but we probably won’t be coming back until they have more seasoned staff. Sucks because this is the second starbucks we’ve had to veto due to the same issue. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This Starbuck’s a bad neighbor, inconsiderate and bad for our neighborhood. This coffee shop is a blight. They allow panhandlers to aggressively approach customers, as a result they have attracted a homeless camp to our neighborhood. Very bad and dangerous for the neighborhood. Also it is very unsanitary to feces loose next to Starbuck’s grounds, garbage and rats. Health Department and City must close this deadbeat neighbor. As a National chain this store doesn’t give a sh about our community. Boycott these guys. Drive them out!
