Santiago's

So I do love the breakfast burritos, and I get them a couple times a week usually. The main problem is the wait. Expect to wait at 15-30 minutes if you come between 7 and 10. They always have the same crazy demand for breakfast so they have the option of hiring more staff or making customers wait. They choose to make customers wait. Also if you get something smothered, they often won't give you utensils. So make sure to ask otherwise you have to eat that smothered burrito with your hands. They put maybe 4 tomato cubes on the deluxe burritos, so definitely don't get those. Overall, I love Santiago's in general... But this is one is pretty average at best

I honestly want to know if anyone else has gotten their food and find a hair in it. The first time, I let it go. The second time I discreetly told the lady about it and she apologized. This is the third time. I can’t believe it! And I can’t believe that it can only be happening to me. It’s like what are the chances this has happened to me 3 times!!!!! I always get my food to go, and when I get home to eat it, I’m pulling a long hair out of my mouth. The food is good, hence why I go back. I’m not getting food there very often. For the love of God have you,,,, your employees wear hair nets! This is so gross. Two three bites in, and in the trash. I spent $5 on a soft taco I couldn’t eat. Who the you know what would? Just disgusting!
