Subway

No toppings and staff said it was my fault! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a black forest ham sandwich. The chicken sandwich was ordered with all of the toppings and the ham with select toppings. The ham sandwich came as ordered, but the chicken one came naked with no toppings and no sauce. I called for help with my issue assuming there had been a mistake or a misunderstanding, but they insisted that it was my fault for not adding the toppings to my order via the touch screen system they have in the drive through. I added the toppings to each sandwich in the exact same way. I simply can't understand how they could feasibly argue that I could get it wrong for all of the available toppings on one sandwich, but using the same method somehow get it correct for only a few selections on the other. I can not recommend this location to anyone and I will not be visiting this location until I know they have different staff and they can demonstrate that they have effectively addressed this issue.

Ordered through the drive through, and just because they don’t make the sandwich in front of you, they don’t care, I got a foot long cold cut combo with black olives and banana peppers, mayo and chipotle southwest, I had a total of 3 banana peppers, 5 olives, no mayo and southwest sauce only on the ends of the sandwich, like why do they think that’s ok, I wish I could post pictures of it to show how pathetic it looks, oh and my topping were on the bottom of my sandwich, who does that, hire some new help and train them right

I ordered a foot long sandwich paid for extra bacon and avocado got the sandwich none of that was on the sandwich. I get that people make mistakes what I am not ok with is being told all the can do is give me coupons for my trouble. Excuse me I paid extra money for certain things it wasn’t just toppings that there is no charge for if I’m gonna spend $20 on a sandwich I would think you would want to make this right. I was told they can not nor will they give me a credit back to my card for the missing toppings that I was charged for. This is horrible customer service. I don’t usually purchase from Subway and now I know why!

The food was fine, I've ordered here several times in the drive thru and gotten like 3 pickle chips on my sandwich when I order MORE pickles. Why ask these option if they are going to be ignored ? It’s only this location that gets it wrong every time. I also order less Mayo and it’s like they put extra Mayo and less pickles 🤦🏽‍♀️. It’s an issue for me lol
