Came in here to order some fries and one of the people behind the counter looked at me and then pointed me to some kiosk and I asked her so you're not going to take my order? And she called the manager and he said hold on a minute and I remembered Taco Bell is right next to you so I decided to go there I don't like that you do that what should have happened is that you should have serviced me

Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, a double cheeseburger, and a large fry. Manager was at the number 2 window instructing the attendant. I repeated my order. I received a deluxe chicken sandwich, a charge for 2 added cheese slices, a large fry and no double cheeseburger. I went thru the drive up again and ordered the double cheeseburger. The girl at the #2 window told me to speak with the manager at the next window. I ‘tried’ to explain my issues with the manager ‘I didn’t order cheese for the chicken sandwich and didn’t receive the double cheeseburger that I did order. He was extremely rude, telling me that I didn’t receive the double cheeseburger because I didn’t pay for it. I tried to explain to him that it was part of my order, but all he could say is I didn’t pay for it. The charge for two cheese slices was for the chicken sandwich, and checking when I got home saw that there there was one on the sandwich and I didn’t want cheese on the sandwich to be begin with. Since our food was getting cold and it was obvious I would not get anywhere with this extremely rude manager I decided to leave and come in the next day to address this with a daytime manager. This happened around 9 PM on Sunday June 12.

Dated June 22, 2022 at 3:45 AM. No one responds on the drive through until after 5 minutes and sounding super lazy. They aren't sure what the mobile order is. Then they ask to go to second window and then again after waiting there for 5 minutes they ask to park on the side and then wait there for 15 minutes and still dont get your food on top of them being rude. So much for the "Fast Food"

I went with my son he order 2 crispy chicken sandwich and in the app he had a large fries free. At the check out the girl did not put the order correct. When we got to the window for the food we never got the fries I tell the person we are missing the fries she said you did not order fries. I told her my son did.in the back I think was the manager shouting give her the fries she won't move very rude..

Been coming here for 2 decades, one thing that’s remained the same at least for the last 10 years is the customer service. Very pleasant staff, at least all the high school kids. Never had an issue with food either. Only complaint is the riff raff that can come in an out. Unfortunately, unless they become a nuisance McDonald’s can’t control that. Overall great McDonald’s I’m happy to have this so close to me.
