Firehouse Subs is a moderately priced sandwich shop that I occasionally visit to get the Ruben sandwich, which is pretty good compared to a NY delicatessen. However, it's a comfort did that's well prepared and a delight to eat. I like the staff - very attentive and professional.

It was a quiet Saturday evening, but the employees were all busy cleaning and restocking. The store was clean and inviting. I ordered four salads, all with changes, but Joe was very patient with me and made my salads exactly right. This is my new Firehouse Subs!

Of all the sub places, this one is definitely my favorite option based on taste. I love that they have this location that's near both my house and my work, and I love the quality of the food. The pricing is good, great if you have a coupon, and I always leave happy. They do have a tendency to get a little backed up during lunch rush, but I understand and I'm ok with it. They are usually friendly and apologetic if there happens to be a little backup. Firehouse is my Jam! Also a great place to buy your 5-Gal buckets! Proceeds support local for departments.

Clean place with friendly staff. Collection of hot sauces was impressive. The jerk chicken sandwich was DELICIOUS!! First time here, but we'll be back. Making as a favorite.

Awesome subway sandwiches. The young man (sorry, didn't get his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag) was very courteous and efficient. It typically takes awhile for sandwiches to get made but they are worth the wait. Lots of meats and very flavorful. The hot sauce selection wasn't great on this visit. A few empty or very near empty bottles and nothing in the 7 to 10 range for hotness. Overall though a very positive experience and we'll be back to this Firehouse. P.S. Love that they support local Firefighters and EMS.

The subs are tasty fresh and tou can get hit subs. I think every self serve soft drink machine should be Coke Freestyle! The only issue is the wait. 12:39 orderd and took 12 minutes. Three team members a 5 customers, two before me. Should not take that long to make a sandwich at lunch time.
