Manhattan Pizza

Manhattan Pizza I am very disappointed in the service I got today I ordered two gyro. One one was full with meat and the other one barely had any meat in it. Top it off I ordered some fried zucchini as well they didn't send the ranch dressing or the tzatziki sauce for my gyros and I'm trying to see how long will it take for them to return it cuz right now my food is cold. I will be calling you all tomorrow morning to speak to the manager. The young lady that worked the phone did not have any enthusiastic about answering the phone she act like she was on some kind of drug.. I'm just very upset with you all this time.

I had takeout from here, a mac n cheese pizza. Overall: good food, adequate service, probably going to avoid delivery and stick to takeout only from this location. Pros: - Pizza tasted great - Food was ready in less than 20 minutes Cons: - Fountain drink stand was out of service, and it looked like it had been that way for a while - Online ordering system was awful. It was not clear when you were adding something to the cart, and if you hit the arrow next to an item to remove it from your cart, it actually removed the wrong item (next one down in the list). Any use of the back button cleared your cart. I gave up and called the store instead. - Phone audio connection seemed bad. It took me 5 or 6 tries to make the person who answered the phone understand which pizza I was trying to order. I do not think I would order delivery from this place because I would want to verify the order in person before paying for it.

Well the first time I went to manhattan pizza and got a lamb and beef gyro it was great with lots of meat and very hearty and at $8.99. But today when I ordered takeout, the same lamb and beef gyro. I opened the box and saw this pathetic thing. It was like half the size tiny and looked so underwhelming in comparison mind you I don’t even have very big hands so this was like extra wimpy, what happened Manhattan Pizza? This was probably the saddest gyro I’ve gotten from anywhere.

Pizza is so yummy! Customer service needs work! They served us black/burnt garlic knots and tried to cover the black with sauce. Had them make me a new order and they served us barely cooked dough... it was all uncooked dough on the inside. I came on a busy Friday and ordered for 7 but between them being busy and having to get multiple things in the order fixed I ended up waiting for a Togo order for 1 hour and 35 mins!!!!

The absolute worst experience trying to purchase a pizza. Not only did I wait 30 minutes just to find out the counter girl never sent my order to the cooks, but when asking for my refund, she said they no longer had money in the cash drawer because they used it to pay a cook for his shift. She was slow to process thought and didnt know how to handle the situation. Dug in her ear then helped herself to a cookie from the display. No manager. So many things wrong with this place.. DO NOT GO!

This Manhattan used to be my go to pizza and sub favorite. At some point the delivery service changed, delivery time tripled, topping options disappeared altogether, and the subs are sloppily prepared with less meat and toppings. My delivery today was the last straw; time to try out some new shops through a new delivery service.

Long-time customer of Manhattan, but recently, the quality has been poor from the Sterling location--I live in Great Falls. Recently, I had my worst product experience to-date. I reached out to them via Facebook, with no response. Historically, I'm a fan and have recommended Manhattan to many friends, but if this poor quality continues, they will lose me as a customer and advocate.
