I ordered a bacon king but my hamburger had no bacon at all. Also I didn't get no receipt. The double whopper I ordered looked smaller than usual, maybe it was a whopper. Burger King in Shelby township are way better than this one.

We don't go to any other Burger King anymore. This one always has the nicest staff and fastest cooking times. This time the woman working the register was very nice and personable. She let us know the food was going to take longer and be super fresh. While it was fresh, it didn't seem to take very long at all. Super experience 3/7/20, ~9:15pm :)

The place looks run down. CO workers were literally yelling at each other. The food was OK...not great. It was more lukewarm than hot.

Burger fast food in our area just seems a bit better than the rest. Today was no different. My food was hot and fresh tasting.

Best burgers I've had at a Burger King! The staff was phenomenal! After ordering, we filled out drinks and set them at a table. When I turned to go back to the counter to get our food, I found one of the staff standing there with our food. I was shocked that he brought it to us. He was extremely polite and well mannered. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. So... Brown haired, bearded guy with a hickey on your neck... You're awesome!

Terrible don’t eat here! This restaurant is horrible. The food is always disgusting and I heard several things about this place that there roof leaks into there restaurant. But the last few times the food did taste horrible.

Terrible experience today at drive thru. During breakfast. Ordered 3 Bacon egg and cheese combos and a plain sausage and croissant sandwich. Received three sandwiches, 2 drinks, 2 hash rounds. Went back thru the drive thru only to have the girl argue as to what we ordered, never getting the extra hash rounds and beverage as part of the combos, and having to repay for the extra sandwich we ordered in the first place. Didn't get any better arriving home to find all the sandwiches sloppily made , and no cheese on any of them. I understand the lack of help right now, but come on !! it was not in the least bit busy ( we were the only ones there) You can do better Burger King staff.

Me my wife tried to use our coupon and the mean guy said with no respect one coupon per car again without respect but McDonald’s subway Taco Bell etc never did that even the Burger King on hays and 19 mile I keep hearing bad things about this location today I believe every one
