Wow! Worst visit ever to a Whataburger! And after reviewing recent review guess not surprised. Staff very nice and doing best they can. 6 of the 12 soda's was out glad they had DDP. No ketchup of any kind. Then had to wait 35 minutes for meal. Drive thru had a line but not dinning room. Will think twice about coming here again

Whataburger always seems to mess something up especially with the gravy. They don't even serve gravy. They serve water instead of gravy. And it's a brown color from country gravy. Soo disappointing and they removed they're phone number from their website and Google so your not able to contact them to complain. It's forcing u to go online and submit complaints so they can have numbers going up on ppl using their sites. Complete scam

The food was good. It took 7 minutes which is quick for whataburger. The service was terrible. Hannah H took my order and it took her 11 minutes to acknowledge I was there and take my order. She interrupted me 3 times while I was given my order. She did not say thank you, welcome to Whataburger, hello, just what do you want. There where 5 additional employees standing out front - just visiting. This is a product of leadership and setting expectations of customer service and they have none - this is on Minden Sigman.

Worst Wataburger ever. Service was poor, tables dirty and the order I received was not correct. I visited during the lunch time and the place was empty of customers. Totally get that. When I arrived the employees were all huddled up playing with a toy gun. Took them a while to acknowledge me and a very long time to prepare my meal. I wrote to their customer service and have yet to receive a follow up. I wrote over a month ago. Is this what the future holds for Wataburger? Sad indeed. 😔

I got the 3 piece chicken ,fries and it came with toast . The fries was cold and rubbery. The toast was plain, tasteless and over toasted . I was asked if I wanted dipping sauce ,I said honey mustard, Nope didn't get it .why ask if your not going to give it with the meal ...

I like it because is a large burger chain that knows how to make a burgers with mustard. The French fries are good but what makes them better is that ketchup packets they give you.

The drive thru is SO slow. I asked for no ice in my drink, they put ice. The fries container was barely half full. The chicken bites portion size is a total rip off. My 1st time at the Stephenville location...probably my last

I am like every other Texan and love my Whataburger but Stephenville Whataburger is called Wait-a-burger for a reason. You will wait in line for more than 20 minutes and your food will be cold. If you go in and order something will not be right.
