2019.05 noisy cozy diner. Price reasonable. Similar to IHOP. Probably they are busy, my egg Benny bacon is too dry, egg is over cooked. Belgian Waffle and homemade corn beef is great. Their signature chocolate drink make them unique.

Edit - Not the best brunch place in town.
Project brunch has a nice atmosphere, good service and good food. They have a full bar option. Tried their burger and waffles. Both were good. It's busy during the brunch hours. They have a parking lot but it's usually busy we parked on the side streets without meters. Overall it was a good experience.

As always this place has wonderful food and drinks. While i didn't enjoy my corn beef hash, I just believe it wasn't to my liking. My aunt on the other hand enjoyed it. Still the staff are nice and its just a comfortable place to enjoy good food.

This place is popular! About 40 min wait for three of us to be seated around 11am on a Saturday. The food was good but the hot chocolate is what you go there for. Great presentation and great toppings. I got the peanut butter chocolate and my friend got the s'mores. Overall it was good and great for Instagram but you'll get better brunches for less and be able to make reservations elsewhere. Whole I could take it or leave it I think my friends will definitely be back.

I don't know if today was a one off, but we were so disappointed. Brought my mother in law for a birthday dinner around 5:30 pm Sunday night. Place wasn't crowded at all, but service was soooooo slow. Took ten minutes just for a plain coffee. Took almost 45 - 50 minutes for entrees to come out, and they came out with one of the two appetizers we ordered. The other appetizer, we were informed five minutes after entrees came out, was frozen solid and would take too long to thaw. The waitress told us she'd take it off our bill.
While we waited, other tables gave up and left before getting served
My chicken and waffles was overcooked but cold, fries were soggy. Another in my party's penne vodka came with four shrimp with tails still on. To our surprise those shrimp were an extra $8. The fried Brussels sprouts were yummy, though. I don't know...I'll have to be convinced to try this place again.

First time for me today. Bloody Mary was excellent, food was excellent, host was extremely nice. A little busy though didn't have to wait for a table.

The bus boy was more attentive then the waiter so we tipped him more 🤷🏻♀️ food was 7/10 bellini drink was good just small cup. Hot chocolate was very bland.

Cute place, nice people, good service. Cash or credit, highchair for the little ones. If you don't mind walking a few minutes or more outside parking will help out, because inside parking is hard to find. I had grapefruit juice,with chicken and waffle which had bacon pieces in there. It was good, portions are big so, no complaints. Enjoy!
