Mcdonald's

This McDonald's employs people who are kind and courteous and always polite. The young lady who greets you through the intercom has a pleasant voice and is easy to understand as she takes your order. Some of the people who work at McDonald's are either physically or mentally challenged and I applaud any business that hires persons who are challenged in one way or another.

I stopped at McDonald’s this morning spent money and look at this dried out old apple pie I’m disgusted this is about the 4th it’s happened and I’ve complained they don’t care it’s sad can’t even find workers who actually do there job they’re lazy never friendly in the morning I’m disgusted waste of money way to ruin my morning good job

Good number of times, orders are wrong. Emailed the owner only to get insulted. Fine! Taco bell it is. Went back to get Kids happy meals, order took 45 minutes. Called number on receipt, only to be insulted by owner. Told me to stop complaining about her employees. Gee, wrong/miscooked meals,extended wait,greasy floor, missing items in meal deals. Yet, I'm the problem? Dear owner/operator,get it together. I get way better service at SHEETZ, two blocks away. and the burgers are actually with meat, unlike McDonald's meat flavored cheese sandwiches.

I've never gotten sauce at this McDonalds. I always order dipping sauce with nuggets, (sometimes extra), and despite it showing up on the order screen, I never receive it. Nuggets are really too dry and salty to eat plain, but I guess the staff here doesn't care. McDonalds, if you have sauce, please just sell it to customers like a normal restaurant.
