Dunkin'

I put my phone up to the person working here and they said that I could not pay with my phone. I then paid for my drinks and then tried to scan with my phone only to be given a smirk that I couldn’t, that I couldn’t connect with the rewards when a simple refund could have been issued and I could have gotten the reward points. Terrible customer service to be acting like this.

Just like all other fast food chains in Stamford, this is another place run by low class people who could barely speak English and don't even have the slightest level of education, and as a result, they had no clue what they were doing and could not even get the simplest things right, so they ended up messing up your order every time. I once ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich and asked for extra bacon, they charged me an additional $3.99 for the extra bacon which is as expensive as the sandwich itself. I questioned them about the price but they said that's what it is. The next time I went there and ordered the same thing, this time they got the price right, the extra bacon was only $1, but refused to refund me for what I had last time, and later only did I find out that they forgot to put cheese this time in my sandwich. Oh well, the least I could do is to write this review and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

So much better than Starbucks I can order something they simply nod they make it I get it and if it's a beverage they get it correct if it's something else it's almost like going to a buffet table with your girlfriend and having her pile your plate you never know what you're going to get but it's probably going to be tasty
