Very confrontational! Around 5:15 pm... I picked up 3 toquitos only to learn that they were cold. I came back in to let her know that wanted to use microwave. She told me that I was the couprit that grabbed them from back of grill. I explained that I grabbed what I could find on the grill...that she does not have a sign to tell me otherwise. She told me that I should use common sense. Yes, I was irritated. Then, a male employee, was sweeping, counseled me on accepting that I was wrong and move on ... that is what they do in the military. That she got me! He handled himself well, as he tried to difuse the situation. Regardless...if I was right or wrong ...I did not deserve this treatment. I could have let it go but...why...put up a sign! I hate to think I am going to get chewed out for something ekse at my next visit. By the way I am 62 yr veteran. Thanks

1. Grate Coffee and food selection. Definitely the cleanest store in Stafford. 2. Love this store. Owner is very involved and truly cares about a great customer experience. 3. I have been going to this store for over 2 years now since we moved to Stafford. This is by far my favorite 7-Eleven. James always great you with a smile in the morning. Coffee is always fresh. All staff are friendly and provide great service.

Horrible experience at this 7-11 as well as the corporate offices. they would not reimburse me $3 for the air pump that malfunctioned. I was told it was up to me to find out who the air pump company was and to contact them myself. I have used air at numerous 7-11 over the years and hav-11.e never been told this when the machines malfunctioned (as they often do). I was reimbursed by the store. Yes, I understand 7-11 doesn't own the air pumps and yes, this 7-11 told me what I was told was policy. I was also told by another 7-11 employee that they were just told in an employee training conference that they were to reimburse the customer, no questions asked. This employee told me to complain to the corporate office about the 910 Garrisonville Road 7-11. I complained 2x and my request for reimbursement was denied. I wasn't even notified the first time. I had to get back to them. What a terrible way to treat a customer especially over $3. The only reason we use this store at all is because it is the only one near a job at this time. Otherwise, I will never use it and will encourage others not to too. Despicable. I'd give zero stars but have to leave at least one in order to post.

I came in to pay in cash to get gas today not much just 13 I'm a single mom of 2 not working cause of covid so what money I do have is very limited the cashier then only gave me 12 in gas then argued with me about the amount I gave him even though I counted it several times. So either he pocketed my dollar or he is stupid. Will not be going there again!
