This Wendy's is pretty consistently poor on their service and attention to detail. I've had multiple times where they get my food wrong. Most recently, they forgot to put the bacon on my Baconator meal. They also are very understaffed, and never have their doors open for walk-in. This one also doesn't accept mobile orders from their app, so you have to go through the drive-thru. They really need to get their act together.

I love Wendy's food anytime, especially for breakfast. They have Awesome deals in-store and on the app. If you don't have the app get it you get free food all the time. I love it.

Ordered a number 1 single combo meal with only a few toppings and they got it completely wrong. I didn't check while there and when got home unwrapped to find the burger all wrong and fries that were warm and not crisp at all. They were not even busy so no excuses to get burger order wrong. Won't be visiting this location again.

It was around 6:00pm had a coupon buy one get 1 free, so I ordered the Baconator Burger for my Husband and I. I will not lie, it was Fresh,Hot, and Delicious. THANK YOU WENDY's the one located by CAL Ranch Store.

I ordered and didn’t receive any of my burgers. I also didn’t receive any of the dipping sauces I wanted, nor did they take the mayo off the sandwich like I asked. My fries were cold and Wendy’s was not busy the day I went, I was the only person ordering, so there is absolutely no excuse. I am very disappointed that I got charged for food that I didn’t even receive. I will not be returning.

They had a oil leak. You couldn't get nuggets, fresh fries or anything fried! I got the last baked potatoe. No more cookies. No cups for your ketchup.

I'll never be coming here again. I've been here five times, each time ordering almost exactly the same thing, and have tried ordering online, ordering through the broken app, or ordering at the speaker, and every. Single. Time, there has been something significantly wrong, finally culminating in 3/4 sandwiches for a party being just outright wrong (wrong chicken, wrong bun, wrong toppings, everything!). How hard is it to do something like "don't include pickles," "make the correct sandwich," or "make sure three out of three items are in the bag."

Cannot really say anything good about them. They promise you one thing and behind your back they do another. Not a company I am willing to ever work for again. They say family means everything yet they treat you the exact opposite. I am glad I am not there anymore and glad I found other work that has me but working 50+ hours and away from my family.
