Staff was friendly and for being short staffed they did ok. I had the wrap they make which I have been a fan of for the last year or so. This time though I feel the wrap was light on fillings. Lots of tortilla folded up on both ends that reduced the overall size and on both sides was about 2 full bites of nothing but tortilla. The flavor was good but I feel like they were cutting a corner on the fillings.

This Arby's was a bit of a struggle. Card machine was down and they only accepted cash. Dining room was closed, drive thru only. Food was expensive, 3 sandwiches (no fries, no drinks) was $21. The food itself was pretty good, hot and fresh.

Kind of bad. The lady told us they were out of Roast Beef. Come on now. Roast Beef is Arby’s signature and why bother being open when you are out of Roast Beef? Then they told us it would be 15 minutes. You should be prepping the beef in advance.

When you eat at Arby’s, you know you’re always going to get consistent food quality. It’s amazing that it can taste the same no matter where you go. The staff here was extra friendly, but not very attentive. Several customers I witnessed went through some long wait times before being paid attention to. Many of the condiments, straws, and napkins were not stocked during the entire hour visit that I was there. Otherwise the facility was clean, staff was nice, and it was just good food to eat for lunch.

Sure inflation sucks but it shouldn't cost 40 bucks to feed 3 people. And my chicken sandwich tasted like a burning cardboard box and it smelled like coffee. Don't know how they managed to do that.

The drive thru, which is the only option open, is averaging 8-9 min per car just to place an order and there is a very long line. This appears to be a franchise issue, as this is the second location we have tried this afternoon. We waited for 15 minutes at the speaker at the other location. Strongly recommend that Arbys address this systematization problem, in light of staffing considerations.

They are short staffed and run extremely behind. My friend got his food and he finished his by the time I got mine, we both ordered at the same time.
The workers need to work on their time management instead of gossiping with other workers.

We experienced an extremely rude and condescending male Drive-Thru associate. Under the guise of post-pandemic "staff shortages", this franchise engages in attitude, rudeness, and 30 minute order times, all of which are grossly unacceptable at any time.
Typical Red-State. Right-Wing bullshxt here, about how "no one wants to work", yet corporate level businesses don't want to pay a living wage. Simple Solution: It's a workers market. Pay a fair and livable wage and you'll have both plenty of staff and they'll stay for the long haul.
