I usually love this place, easily 5 stars. Lately they have been struggling to keep the dining area clean and they have gotten a little skimpy on the fries. Maybe it's the supply chain and finding employees problems that are everywhere these days.

The burgers look and taste like a cheap 1 dollar burger from Wendy's and fries were flat out gross and looked like they been burnt. These burgers are definitely not a premium burger for the price you pay. Will never eat here again. But hey now I can say I alteast tried this place.

I love the fact that the burgers here are unique to you. You build it at the register and they cook it just the way way you want it. It takes burgers to a whole new level. I have never seen this done in any other burger place, and they taste divine too.

Five Guys Corporate needs to run a quality check on this location. I eat at Five Guys all over the country and this is the smallest hamburger patty I have ever seen and it was dry and not juicy.
I just discovered what the problem was, I ordered a single Cheeseburger and my receipt says Little Bacon Burger but it had no bacon and funny thing, they got all the other ingredients correct. So I got a little cheeseburger at the little bacon burger price instead of what I ordered.
Manager needs to teach listening skills.

No air-conditioned dining area. It is HOT in here. The floor was dirty! Many tables were dirty. The french fries were cold. Dining area was a disaster. The crew working this shift 4:30 certainly didn't give a darn about a positive dining experience. 1 star.

The experience was lovely, all the stuff was nice. I could tell they really wanted you to feel welcome. I went with my family, I got the veggie burger. It was surprisingly good, I don't go often, but you definitely should.

Tasty Hamburgers and fries, yummy shakes with different flavors including banana and pineapple. I do not care for fake banana flavoring. This was real banana and it may be my new all time favorite shake!!! (I still wish you’d bring back the maraschino cherry shake though!) The Manager Steve, is the best! Great customer service. Thank you!!!

Always a quality burger. It would be nice if they clearly stated that the regular is a double decker burger.. the fry sizes are enormous so be careful. Service was quick and friendly and the place was very clean
