One of the finest & the oldest bakers in #Srinagar city. Their bakeries and confectionery items are crispy & tasty as well. Though, they recently renovated their shop, expanded their space & gave a new look. But, sad to see staff not following food safety rules at all, which is of utmost importance. They touch bakeries & confectionery items bare hands & doesn't wear Food Gloves at all. Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006 defines Food Safety as an "assurance that food is acceptable for human consumption according to its intended use." Food Safety ensures that food is safe for human consumption and involves handling, preparation, and storage of food in ways that prevent food borne illness.
