Nandos Springvale

As stated in the picture, I waited beside the sign waiting to order for dine in. No customers were in line except me. Staff were doing their job as usual however the front girl was on her phone on a call to someone for quite some time in front of the register but I was still happy to wait until she’s done (assuming it was a delivery partner call or something related to work). As soon as she finished the call, she continued to walk around chilling while I’m trying to make eye contact with her so I can order. Not until my partner walked up to the register to the front worker asking if she’s ready to take our order because we were unsure of the process and just followed what the sign had told us to do. I would have appreciated it if she had told us when she was ready to take our order instead of standing there wandering up and down and waiting for us to walk to the front not knowing that we were told to wait .. anyways - all I’m saying is that I was disappointed with her and wish she had helped us out first while she wasn’t doing anything

I’ve been coming to this Nando’s since it opened back in 2005 (I think). It’s definitely 100% one of the best Nando’s I’ve ever been to. Sometimes I’ll get an order where the chicken is a bit dry, but more often than not I’ll get an extremely juicy chicken with hot and perfectly salted chips. Absolutely love this Nando’s!!

I was here with my friends to have a late-night dinner. It was 1 hour before closing time and it took us a while to place our order. I utilized my Nando's perks voucher for this order and still, I think it was expensive. The burger alone cost me $13 which I believe was not at all worth. I ordered a 1/4 chicken and they informed me later that they are out of chicken. Can you believe, it's like KFC is saying we are out of chicken. They should have checked their stock before taking my order and finally, they have given me some hot wings, leftovers I guess. This outlet has good parking and is located near to all other fast-food chains.

I ordered through Uber eat, but what was the matter with the 1 hour wait? I would like to ask if all the staff in the store, including the branch manager, can eat this. What you do is horrible I lost my money to buy But what can be more than a beggar has eaten I want to know how you will be responsible for this.

Went to dine in today it was really busy with a lot of takeaway orders so waited for 45mins before our food reach the table. But worth the wait cos chicken was grilled fresh but chips was not to the normal nando's standard for some reason. Staff who served was friendly and attentive. They were maintaining social distancing for dine in and following all the procedures.

Firstly don’t force customers to order via the QR menu code do you bloody job and take my order. 2 meals took over 35 mins to arrive on our table, after leaving it underneath the heat light for 15 minutes. Asked the young lady to reheat the dish and waited another 10 minutes. Stop prioritising uber eats orders and focus on your dine-in customers.
