Busy corner princess highway and springvale road it was pretty quiet when I visited but outstanding services clean and tidy huge dining area and the food pretty good

I don't ever eat red rooster just stopped by for some chips and gravy for 2.50 and wow way more delish than kfc by a mile . Place was completely empty... staff were good. Chips were cooked fresh while I waited . Gravy was so tasty

We went now to get some lunch. For the single combo meal they said the small soft drink isn't available and they asked to pay extra $1 to get the can of coke. I said I don't want the small drink, can u upgrade small chips to regular chips and they said Big NO. Humm having no small drink stock, is it my problem?
Now having meal at Nandos. 😄

Services are far better than others in a row over there. Staff feels enthusiastic what they are doing and feel proud. My only recommendation is required energetic extra workers on shifts to maintain the fast food standards.

Flies everywhere in the restaurant. Understaffed they only had one person working the drive through and main counter during Saturday lunch. I had to ask for cutlery when I ordered gravy and they didn’t give me any. They also got my order wrong.

On our way home from a big day in Melbourne, looking for restaurants closing late and wanted Reds, found this store and went out of our way to get here because it closed at 12 and its 10, but we get there and its closed. Google said it was still open. Really disappointed since we are 20 minutes late from an hour and a half drive home. Really disappointed.

This specific red rooster has become a place that i will avoid from today onwards.... reason is this, on more occasions than not, they have either left an item out of my order or given me a completely different thing to what i had requested... example, one time i got a Hellfire Mega box regular & instead of getting all the items, i received hust simply the potato & gravy and the burger... now like i said this gas occurred on more than 1 occasion & it is simply putyful... So anyone wanting to get Red Rooster, i would personally suggest avoiding that one completely.... i am sure this has happened to many other people too....

Not delivering directly via red rooster website. The times I have been here service has been slow and unimpressive. There was a time there was no chicken. A sign of bad management.
Quite possibly the worst red rooster out of the ones in the surrounding areas.
