They need more control over their computer systems at the sites. If you order a footlong ham sandwich ($6.69) and add pepperoni ($1), it rings up as a pepperoni sandwich ($7.09) and adds ham ($3)! It's a big deal to hold up the line for a manager to straighten it out. Great sandwich but no thank you.

Did an online order to go pick up and bring home. Ordered the Chicken bacon ranch on artisan, jalapeno, extra ranch, salt/pepper, not toasted. Hubby went and picked up. When I open the sandwich, not only was it toasted, but the bread was so over done that it was hard. Brought the sandwich back up......waited in line (4 people in front of me). I let the gentleman behind the counter know what was going on, said that I did not need the meat heated up as I can do that at home like I always do. He insisted the meat had to be heated, put the least amount of chicken on the sandwich possible, put on the jalapenos, ranch, cut up the sandwich, handed it to me and said " sorry about that" and walked off.......I just spent more gas and more time than I should have to get a sandwich made ALMOST, like 8 requested in the first place. No offer of any additional compensation for their mess up in the first place. I would have been happy with a simple darn cookie for having to waste time and gas for their mistake.
