My sandwich was good but the guy TJ that made my sandwich was incredibly rude!
He had his AirPods in while he was taking my order. Moving very slow because he’s not focused or paying attention to what I’m asking of him. There’s a certain level of professionalism you should have regardless of where you work.
Very disappointed!

When I asked to use the bathroom they said it was broken. I asked how they could run a business without a functional bathroom and they forgot that the bathroom had been fixed and now it was working. I ordered a sandwich for my son and they put 2 slices of ham on a 6 inch sub. I asked her if she expected me to pay $6 for 2 slices of ham...she then fixed it and made the sandwich correctly.

Worst service ever! I had to yell over the blasting tv playing music videos because they couldn't hear me. No sense of urgency either. Was too busy putting cigarettes away.
