Dunkin'

Two stars. Why? When I visit a Starbucks, the baristas work on 3 - 4 customers at a time. For example, a customer in front of you orders a mocha... While waiting for the shots to pour, they are already moved on to the next customer or two. In and out in a few minutes, regardless of the line size. You would figure that Dunkin Donuts would be the best at this game but it's the worst, and this is not the only location. It's a D&D mentality issue. The employees seem lazy as hell at any location. Anyway, the dunkin donuts clerk sits around and waits for those two shots while the line grows longer. They don't know how to multitask. That being said, the coffee sucks but the espresso is good. I don't eat the donuts often but the donuts are great if they're fresh

I was able to order 13 dozen donuts with a special frosting color for a work event. The manager, Sal, was very helpful over the phone and in person. He asked for samples of the color,which I provided and even showed me a sample of the color the very next day. The donuts were perfect and when I came to pick them up, they were ready to go, I paid quickly and a staff member helped me bring the donuts to the car. A great experience overall.

Wow the best Dukin Donuts ever! I am updating my review because of Chris on the morning shift... I just messed up my order using order on the go and he offered to get me a new one (after seeing the look on my face)!!! He is great - one of the only Donkin employees that can help you on the app! Pretty spacious, great place to study or get work done in the evenings as it can be very quiet, has outlets, and free wi-fi. Even so, there are instances(which I am experiencing now) where the staff can be pretty loud but then again it's not a library so what can you expect? It's also 24 hours unlike the local Panera and Starbucks which mean you really don't have to pack up and leave.

I went with my fiancé because i was craving a few things from this place (pregnant) so we decided to take a late drive to DD, before arriving here i went to a couple of different DD looking for French Cruller but none around my area had them. So because I’m pregnant and was really craving French crullers we drove 20 mins out of town for them and this place thankfully had them. So my fiancé was craving hot chai tea , so he ordered one, we also ordered the French cruller and a few other things. He took a few sips of his tea didn’t think nothing of it until we get home we sat and ate our food and as he keeps sipping on his chai tea he notice a weird smell and an odd taste to it , so he opens the lid and it smells really bad and tasted even worse. I have tried to reach out to this place and i get no response from them. Please be careful when purchasing at this place. (01/13/2018 @ 10:30pm)
