Dunkin'

Not all Dunkins are created equal. With super friendly staff, excellent service, an immaculate interior, and fresher tasting donuts, this Dunkin is king or queen in this area. At the end of one early Covid-19 day, their donut selection was diminished but they let me have all of the ones with sprinkles for my kids... and me! Donut stop, get it, get it! This place has been slowly going down hill for a while. They have been constantly messing up drinks, forgetting parts of the order, and serving old coffee. There are two employees there that are very good but I didn’t catch there names but they are usually there in the morning. There is an employee there that NEVER has a mask on, almost the entire Dunkin’ is run by lazy teens, and the quality of service has just dropped. I will not be returning, there is another dunkin down the street, and a Starbucks down the street as well. Take your money elsewhere.

I have gone to this place 3 times in the last month and different times of the day. Today I placed an order at 1:30pm with door dash. I ordered a plain bagel with bacon, egg and cheese and they didn't even have the bagel to make it. Ordered 1/2 dozen donuts (3 glazed and 3 vanilla) so they send me strawberry instead of vanilla!! Guess they didn't have vanilla so figure to give me strawberry😡Other day went at around 6pm and didn't even have any donuts. This is the last time I will visit this Dunkin Donuts!😡

This is the ONE location that I know will never disappoint when I order. Fresh food, drinks are never watered down, incredibly friendly staff. Im a local and have a location far closer to my house, but insist on comingg here. Never thought Id ever be praising a Dunkin Franchise, but this location is DEFINITELY worth mentioning.

Sometimes the breakfast food is good and sometimes it's bad. The best thing they have there is the breakfast potatoes. They are absolutely spectacular but you only get 6 which to me is kind of cheesy. The donuts are also a crapshoot. They might be fresh and they might be okay. I guess the earlier you get there for donuts the better they will be if you go later in the evening they will be out of a lot of stuff and it won't even be good. The people are nice. But you don't need to eat donuts. Stay healthy. Not good enough to be something special for a once-a-week treat. Breakfast is okay.
