The absolute worst, especially in the afternoons. Miserable staff, customer service skills are horrible. If you don't want to work there leave so other people that actually want work would be happy to take there spots!

On 12/20/21 I went through the drive-through at approximately 8:15 PM asked for a mocha latte and breakfast wrap, I was told that they were no longer making lattes for the evening. I was unaware Dunkin’ Donuts policy allows the refusal to make an ordered drink depending on the time of day. I would understand if the machine was down for cleaning but it clearly wasn’t as she just said we are no longer making lattes for the evening. I’ll just go somewhere else in the future and not waste my time there.

On 10/16/2021 around 10am I bought 2 coffees and the lady at the drive thru took a $1 tip from me without my concern. I paid with a $100 bill I guess she tough I didn’t care but guess what , I do care about my money. I was gonna tip her , how dear she did that. I’m sure it’s not the first time that happens. You guys can check the cameras. That was the last time that I’m going to that DD, I regret so much not talking to the manager that day.

My order is so simple. Literally just a caramel cold brew with ONE CREAM. nothing else. This has been a hit or miss. Like 50/50 chance of them getting it right. Its been given to me almost WHITE... AND TASTE LIKE WATER. I hate asking for a remake but I truly don't understand how hard it is. I've worked fast food and if the food or drink looks WRONG. DON'T STILL GIVE IT TO THE PAYING CUSTOMER..
