Just asked for fresh fries and this is what they gave me … looks days old even smells weird beware!!

I waited at the counter but no one came over to take my order. I was the only person in line. None of the workers or the manager said anything to me. They just ignored me. One worker came up to the cash register, did something on it and walked away without saying one word to me. Not even hello or somebody will be with you in minute. I just finally gave up and walked out. Terrible service!!

+Assertive wasted no time taking my order wow! Other fast food restaurants I have to say hi can I order. Girl on front register was really attentive. Thank you!
+Accountable to menu prep to the tee. Out the door in 5mins after I ordered.
+Responsible for giving a great dinning room experience it was clean wow!
+ Wow factor as a past employee from 1998 on Boston rd in SpringfieldMa wish this crew would have been hired….they were sharp neat and clean uniforms just all around 100..A+! Keep up the good work customers notice a lot!!!

THE WORST SERVICE AND THE MOST DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN..... THIS RESTAURANT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR CLEANLINESS ISSUES..... I AM CONTACTING TACO BELLS CORPORATE OFFICE AND THE SPRINGFIELD HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
