Steak 'n Shake

The best chocolate milkshake in Springfield. The old time burgers on the flat grill bring back childhood memories. I like the triple steakburger with cheese, onions, and ketchup,and the thin French fries are excellent. The prices are very reasonable, and they have Happy Hour for the shakes. This chain started in Illinois and is a quintessential Midwest hamburger place.

Wait was horrible and food was mediocre. Paid for onion rings received a half filled box didn't even eat my fish sandwich it looked soggy and old. Heather was the manager on shift when I returned my food and told me to speak to the general manager...then she proceeded to tell me that if I didn't move out of her driveway she would call the police. While speaking to the manager another employee decided to show a peace sign as if he was adding fuel to the fire. I will never patronize this store ever again. They don't deserve my money nor yours. Hopefully the store manager has a better understanding of the situation or I'll be sure to take this to corporate.
