Not good at all!! Turkey, Bacon Ranch and it had no bacon. The previous time I ordered I came home with all 3 subs not even the ones I ordered, I live like 25/30 mi. Away and when I called them they said bring them back and upon explaining how far away I lived they informed me if didn't like it email the owner, which I did and never did hear back. I have been a loyal Head West fan for years but this was the end for me.

Great store, horrible staff. Always getting orders incorrect 9/10 times. Even if said order is sent online where they can visually see what was ordered.

Great sandwiches. Any sub combination on the sweetbread is fantastic. The sweetbread makes all the difference!

They won't call you back so I'm not sure if they even exist so I don't know what to tell anybody trying to get all the doctor Tim

Food is good and location is convenient cause it's close to school. But they are a bit skimpy on portions at this store compared to others. Also the employees are always mad at each other and rude/monotone to customers. Overall it makes me want to go to other locations and avoid this one from now on.

Amazing! First time here. Staff recommended the toasted Italian and it did not disappoint. Super convenient location - right off of 55. I will be back!

Great food, superb service and I love the staff. They are down to earth very accommodating and super friendly. The store was clean and the restroom was clean as well...I ordered the vegan turkey vegan ham provolone cheese on sweet bread toasted. My daughter's sub was finished before we made it home🤣🤣🤣 definitely a winner in her book. We'll return to this location for sure much better experience than the Jefferson street location. We've been eating their food for years it would be shameful to stop due to one bad apple. So for future reference if headwest is on your mind for a quick bite avoid the Jefferson street location by any means.
