Hardee's

Friendly, not real busy, no wait. Everything went very well EXCEPT,,.. The young lady taking orders forgot that the REASON for listening carefully is so you get the orders correct. She failed to pay attention. I ordered county and BOTH my breakfast croissants were made wrong. Now I'd surely be understanding and patient with her except I didn't ask for something left off that normally comes on it, I asked for cheese... i even repeated it for her.. 2 country steak biscuits with cheese. then after she totaled it I asked directly "those have cheese RIGHT, she responded, "yes sir". I pulled thru paid and got my order and headed back home to eat. I was almost home when I decided to take a bite or 2 from one and quickly realized there was NO CHEESE. I checked the other one NO CHEESE. I'm sorry but I CANT understand how ANYBODY with a service accuracy sensitive position wouldn't be ALL EARS when the customer speaks.

We always get good burgers here. We will eat at Hardee's, no questions asked. They were one of the first places worth eating at that opened for dine in eating since 2019. My fav is the thick burger, hubby's is the double thick burger. I can only eat half of mine. It's so yummy though. They have a good thing going with that one!!

One of the best Hardee's in town. Breakfast food is the best for fast food. Save the receipt, do the survey, and you end up getting a BOGO on sandwiches which saves a ton of money. They do go a lighter on the frosting with the cinnamon rolls compared to other locations, but rarely do you get a breakfast sandwich that has been sitting in the window baking like at other locations in town.
