Very yummy food, I took a star off because their "Hot and Spicy" was described to be a "medium" heat, but on a spicy rating of 1 to 10, 10 being hottest, I give it a 1. Not spicy.
Edit as of June 1st, 2022:
Tried the Beef Kung Pow, something that is widely known for spicy, and there is a mild (at best) spicy factor to it. Lowering reviews from 4 stars to 2 stars. My curry paste is spicier than this.

I am gonna be honest. I don’t even like Chinese food. Only went to switch things up for my husband. This place is good. I mean really really good.

This place has the most FANTASTIC fried rice! I love it!! 😍 Sweet and sour chicken is delicious, and the crab rangoons are yummy 🤤 I wouldn't go anywhere else for Chinese food.

Raised prices to $8.99 for an entree and then you no longer provide a drink unless I pay $1? Why does your sign show a drink with a combo when it's not included? We love Cashew Chef, but won't be coming back.

Don't confuse this place with Chinese chef from across town. Unfortunately, the general chicken is not that great

Used to be my main Chinese restaurant but now they're customer service seems careless and the past few times I've ordered something has been missing, im not one to call back or even leave bad reviews for that matter but they have lost a customer.

We picked up a large order on Friday at 5:20. They only have Carry Out service right now so there was a long line in the drive thru. Cashew Chicken and Moo Goo Gai Pan entrees were hot and good. At home, we discovered the order of 6 spring rolls was missing. We were having a dinner party at 5:30 so there wasn't enough time to go back for them. Not happy that we paid for something we didn't get.
